Dear Editor: In response to Lynn Ashby’s “Questionable Answers,” his effort to slam President Trump every which way imaginable, I provide the following reality check: Obama himself stated before and after the 2016 election that presidential elections are too “decentralized” among and within the 50 states for Russia to have any impact. (Of course, that did not keep Obama from using taxpayer money to attempt to defeat Israel’s Netanyahu in 2014. Ashby did not object to a Democrat influencing a foreign election with your tax dollars.) Further, why would Clinton have won the popular vote if Russia influenced the election?
