Balls Out Burger will be launching their food truck in two week’s time (contributed photos).
Balls Out Burger has been serving Straight Up Burgers on North Durham, introducing their brand concept of a no frills burger, but instead putting the spotlight on their core ingredients.
The two core ingredients for Balls Out’s burger aren’t your typical Sysco buy. The beef comes from 44 Farms, a farm out of Cameron, Texas that specializes in Black Angus. The burger buns come from Slough Dough – a local artisinal bread company – and is a specialty recipe just for Balls Out Burger. Toppings keep it simple with cheese or no cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and fresh jalapenos. New to the topping lineup: bacon!
The latest coming from the North Durham burger joint: the launch of their food truck addition, which will be hitting the streets of Houston in approximately two weeks’ time.
“The food truck will serve Balls Out burgers, fries, and milkshakes,” according to a press announcement. “The food truck will be targeting office buildings during the week for lunch as well as other spots around town and will hit up parks on the weekends, among other destinations.”
Once the food truck gets rolling, you can follow Balls Our Bugers’ social media pages for whereabouts and more @ballsoutburger.
