Night of Worship at Oak Forest Baptist
Oak Forest Baptist, 1700 W. 43rd St., will host A Night of Worship presenter by The New Heights Christian Academy Honor Choir. The performance will be from 7:30-8:30 p.m. April 26, in the main sanctuary. This is a free family event.
Fifth Sunday Singing will be at 4:15 p.m. April 29, and will feature the Gospel Express Quartet. A fellowship will follow after the concert.

Laity Sunday at St. Matthew’s
Every fifth Sunday is Laity Sunday, with Lay Leaders delivering the sermon, followed by a pot luck dinner. One of four Lay Leaders will present a rousing sermon April 29. The community is welcome to worship, enjoy the pipe organ and choir, and dine. Bring a dish if desired, but not required. Come as you are and experience what the church has to offer.
A Western Spaghetti dinner fundraiser, featuring live music from local musician, Bobby Sawyer, will be May 19. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m., followed by showtime from 6-7 p.m. Tickets are $12.

Spring Artisan Market rescheduled at St. Stephen’s
The Spring Artisan Market, benefiting the Animal Justice League of Oak Forest, has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 19, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in the west sanctuary parking lot. The market will feature a variety of vendors and food trucks, live music and fun.
All are welcome to attend a free hot dog dinner and viewing of the film, “John Wesley — A Heart Transformed Can Change the World,” Friday, May 4, at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Wesley’s heartfelt struggles, passion for authentic faith and message of saving grace resonate with audiences of all ages and denominations. Please RSVP to the office.

Heights Interfaith Ministries Food Pantry to hold fundraiser
Heights Interfaith Ministries Food Pantry will hold their fundraising Garden Patch Party, from 6-9 p.m. May 5. Tickets are $10 each. The meal includes a baked potato, salad bar, tea, coffee and dessert. The entertainment will feature Ed Amash and Paul Hardwick, Music for the Soul.
