Women’s Bible Study Group meets at the YMCA
The Women’s Bible Study meets at 6:30 p.m. every Monday at the Harriet and Joe Foster YMCA, 1234 W. 34th St.
The new Bible study begins on the Book of Daniel.
There will be Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. Guests and new members are welcome to attend this non-denominational Bible study.

Peace through P.I.E. at St. Matthew’s
Be a part of bringing peace through P.I.E. (Peace Includes Everyone) to Houston from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Jan. 13. Using culinary traditions, Peace through P.I.E. brings different people together to share history and discover commonalities. Celebrate the dream of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by attending this hallmark MLK holiday tradition. Come eat pie and share neighborly love.

‘Radically Free’ worship series at St. Stephen’s
“Radically Free,” a new worship series, begins Sunday, Jan. 14. The series will explore Paul’s Letter to the Galatians and how it calls Christians to live today.
Pastor’s Wednesday Bible studies resume Jan. 17, at 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., and will continue throughout the spring. Adults of all ages are welcome to attend.

Senior Time Event at First Church Heights
Senior Time Event is held the last Tuesday of every month. Come and enjoy visiting with other seniors in the area and listen to interesting guest speakers and enjoy breakfast. The guest speaker for this month is Sherida Ramirez of The Gardens at Spring Shadows and she will discuss “Importance of Activities and Social Interaction for Seniors.”
