Get on your feet and get some sweets! This Saturday, April 22, two beloved Houston institutions, Shipley Do-Nuts and Kids’ Meals, will join together to host a third annual Shipley Do-Nuts Dash, that will help feed Houston’s hungry children.
The run will consist of a two mile course with delicious doughnut themed obstacles along the route.
This non-competitive course will start at BBVA Compass Stadium at 8 a.m. and end at 8th Wonder Brewery in East Downtown.
After the run stick around for the DASH BASH, a super sweet after party with dancing, free doughnuts, milk, and an ice cold 8th Wonder brew.
The proceeds will go to Kids’ Meals, a non-profit organization that works to end childhood hunger by delivering free, healthy meals to the doorsteps of Houston’s hungry preschool-aged children.
