A new, 35-story condominium project is headed to the Greater Heights area, according to a report by the Houston Business Journal.
According to the report, Fabian Trujillo, a luxury home realtor with Keller Williams Metropolitan, is working with private investors to develop the project on about 2 acres of land at the northeast corner of Interstate 10 and North Shepherd Drive. The story would have between 120 to 150 units ranging from 1,200 square feet to 3,200 square feet each.
The units would feature special amenities like naturally heated and cooled floors and the tower itself would be outfitted with special solar panels that would help power the building, according to the report. A daycare center might also be incorporated into the building and it might also feature a “rooftop amenity deck with a resort-style pool, landscaping with a river-like water feature and a pet area.”
The report says Trujillo hopes to have a sales center open by the fourth quarter of 2016 and would potentially break ground soon afterward.
