Kroger on 11th Street to install beer and wine bar

With recent headlines including grocery stores and alcohol sales, beer and wine drinkers, we have some good news.
The Kroger on 11th Street will be launching Cork & Tap this summer. The bar will serve craft beer, with roughly 7 – 10 beers on tap, and wine pours by the glass. A representative from the beverage department said there will be a two drink max for customers.
The tentative grand opening date is slated for this July.
After a call to the Studemont Street location, their beverage department confirmed that the 11th Street location was currently the only location to take on the new beer and wine bar and they were not aware of any news for additional Cork & Tap’s.
