The Near Northwest Management District and Treesearch Farms will host the White Oak Plant Sale on Saturday, April 7, at the White Oak Conference Center – 7603 Antoine Dr., to raise funds for the continuing maintenance of the White Oak Butterfly and Hummingbird Garden-which is located at this same address.
The event will kick off at 9 a.m. with a presentation by Heidi Sheesley – owner of Treesearch Farms, and renowned horticulturist.
Her entertaining and informative PowerPoint presentation will feature many of the plants that will be available at the sale. The plant sale begins at 10 a.m. and will go until 2:00 or until the plants sell out – which they normally do!
