Maria Eguia, 91, born Nov. 4, 1928, died July 8. In 1947, she married Ernest Eguia, a decorated U.S. Army Sergeant who served 4 years in WWII. She held active membership in the American Legion and in League of United Latin Americans (LULAC). Eguia is survived by her children Diane Eguia Bologna, Rebecca Eguia, David Eguia, and Mark Eguia, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Lillie Kathryn Hall, 87, born March 23, 1933 in Walker County, Texas, died July 8. She is survived by daughters Debbie Frankum, Donna Boswell, Kim Krusleski, sisters Ruth Shelton, Maxine Sandell and Delma Shelley, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
William Eugene Hall, 88, born Feb. 5, 1931 in Temple, Texas, died July 8. Hall graduated from Lamar High School in Houston and received his BBA and MBA from Texas A&M. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was employed as a CPA until his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, JoAnn Englebert Hall, and daughter Brenda Walters
Burleigh Murphree, 88, born Oct. 10, 1931 in Medicine Mound, Texas, died July 12. Survivors include his wife, Kathryn Murphree, daughters Kathleen Wolfe and Wendy Stockman, and four grandchildren.
Paul William Ralph, 76, born Feb. 27, 1944 in Champaign, Illinois, died July 12. He is survived by his wife Paulette Ralph, daughter Lisa Thomason, and sons Greg Ralph and David Ralph.
Mary Helen Solis, 79, born Nov. 20, 1940, died July 5. She is survived by her husband, Gus Vasquez, daughters Leticia Martinez, Stella Flores, Belinda Murillo, and Michelle Falcon, 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
