Harold’s Restaurant & Tap Room announced today that Executive Chef Antoine Ware resigned his position last month to pursue another opportunity. Owner, Alli Jarrett, stated “Antoine is the first person I ever hired at Harold’s and I care for him like a brother. I wish Antoine and his family nothing but happiness and great success.” Joining Harold’s to lead its culinary staff is Executive Chef Richard Knight. Richard needs no introduction to Houston and he comes with a wealth of experience within the industry here and abroad.
