The Market at Houston Heights has announced a new upcoming tenant in Kin Dee Thai Cuisine, 1533 N. Shepherd Dr.
The restaurant has leased a 2,500 square foot end cap with a patio from the mixed-use development that was designed by the Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and developed by Houston-based Capital Retail Properties in partnership with Randy Wile of Wile Interests, Inc.
Before the year is out, CycleBar, Salon Lofts, M+L Dental and Vanguard Spine & Sport are expected to open at the development. The restaurant Flower Child will have its opening at the start of 2020, and soon after Kin Dee will join its neighboring businesses.
“Our goal with Market at Houston Heights has not only been to introduce an iconic piece of architecture to this bustling restaurant row, but also assemble a great mix of businesses – both local and national,” Capital Retail Properties Partner Anderson Smith said in a news release. “With Kin Dee joining Flower Child, we are fortunate to have two incredible restaurant anchors, each with very unique personalities.”
Lukkaew Srasrisuwan and Miranda Leotkhamfu, partners in the Kin Dee restaurant, plan to introduce Houstonians to the exotic and unfamiliar flavors and presentations with scratch-made dishes and showcasing regional and royal Thai family recipes that utilize authentic ingredients.
